C&B Signature Stays does not manage direct bookings or process payments or refunds through this website. All reservations, payments, and refund requests are handled through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or similar), and are governed by the refund policy of that platform.

As such, any questions regarding eligibility for a refund, cancellation deadlines, or refund status should be directed to the platform through which your reservation was made.


2. No Direct Refunds Issued

We do not issue refunds directly under any circumstance. Our website functions as a presentation and informational platform for the properties we manage. All refund requests must be initiated through the original booking platform.


3. Guest Responsibility

It is the guest’s responsibility to:

  • Review the refund policy of the booking platform prior to completing a reservation.

  • Understand the platform’s terms regarding cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and processing times.

  • Contact the platform (e.g., Airbnb) for any refund disputes, cancellations, or changes.

C&B Signature Stays is not liable for refund decisions made by third-party platforms, nor do we intervene in refund processing unless required by platform policies.


4. Exceptions or Special Cases

In the rare event that a guest contacts us directly with a legitimate issue related to cleanliness, safety, or property access, we will do our best to support resolution through the official booking platform’s resolution center, as required by their guidelines.

However, C&B Signature Stays does not provide financial compensation or reimbursements outside of those channels.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after such updates indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
